This video scenario models a conversation between a blind job applicant and a supervisor during an interview for a hotel reservation customer service representative position. The fictional job applicant, George, is played by Richard Rueda from APH CareerConnect. The fictional interviewer (supervisor), Samantha, is played by Katrina Dubree from EMPOWERing Youth with Visual Impairment.
